Only 3 DLC you won't get will be Gun Psycho, Harran Ranger and Volatile Hunter packs. Right now, when you buy the game you'll receive every single DLC including season pass content, The Following and Bozak Horde.

You probably bought the game long ago without a season pass, that's why you don't have DLC, and you wouldn't receive The Following for free unless you owned the season pass.

If you're complaining about the price then I don't know what to say other than it's definitely worth it even at the full price. Dying Light has a really great graphics compared to many other games, I don't think it needs any better graphics, in my opinion it requires more endgame content. Dying Light isn't the game you just finish story and that's it, because it offers much more stuff than other compared to the other kind of games where you can't free roam after the ending and etc.
Unlike the games like GTA or Dying Light where you can free roam and explore, play more and learn more about the game. These nothing much, other than to start new save or NG+ with nothing really much different. There are games where you simply finish the story, and that's it.
